What? Oracle's Innovative Industrial Solutions Workshop
Original invitation: Hello girls and boys, ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?! After one year of intermission due to EESTEC Congress`07, we are back with an unbelievable workshop! The upcoming Oracle Innovative Solutions Workshop is sponsored by Oracle Hungary and LC Budapest is just waiting for you! OFFICIAL PROGRAM Most lectures will be given by Oracle and some other lecturers. The course and some other activities will be about Oracle's innovative industrial solutions. Detailed official program is coming soon! MORE OFFICIAL PROGRAM Pecs, Debrecen, Szeged?some Hungarian towns what you are going to miss... But not Budapest, our beautiful capital! Be part of the City! Be amazed by its wonderful view! Get the knowledge of its history! What is behind Buda Castle, Gellért Hill, Chainbridge?and of course, what is behind the famous Hungarian mentality! We are also to provide you some rural Hungary either, during a short trip to our secret special place. You will have the possibility to get into closer connection to the most famous places of our biggest city, during the usual City Rally and you will also have some freetime for shopping! Since the event will concur with one of our biggest national feast, we prepare some special activity connected to our revolution. International Drink and Food Night is also an amazing programme for getting new knowledge about each others most famous meals and drinks! There is one more thing. Parties. As you never had. CIRCUMSTANCES We are planning to host 22 participants altogether (2 people/lc), furthermore our aim is to make our event as much multi-national and multi-lingual as it's possible. As usual, we provide three meals per day, and at least one round beer at every party site. What? Cable vs. Wireless
Original invitation: Hello EESTECers! Well people, you can be sure that those who come will spend seven memorable days and enjoy the autumn colors of our city... A lot of fun, a lot of parties, gigs, gallons of beer, interesting people, etc. are reasons good enough to come here and help us with this. Brave ones will take part in a rafting tour down the Vrbas river. It was planned as an obligation for every participant if the Workshop was in summer, but since the water is very very (even more very) cold, only those who really want some more adrenaline in their blood will raft? ?what am I saying ? of course that everyone will raft. Free aspirin (with rakija) and warm blankets will be given afterwards. I am sure that we will not dissapoint you on this funturistic part of the Workshop. Now, something about educationalpart of this Workshop. There will be three days of lectures and excersises. Of course, workshop will be about telecommunication networks. The main topic will be to compare known technologies, copper, wireless and optics and accartain which one or what combination is best for implementing triple play, and what will be their future development. Ni? So let me give you some more details about our event. As you probably already saw we are planning on hosting 20 participants and EVERYONE is invited but we will give little advantage to non-ex yug participants if situation allows us to do so. General topic of our seminar is doing business over internet and everything concerning it. Let me remind you on some of our last year topics such as: Internet branding, Net marketing, how to start your own internet business etc. We also had some presentation of new internet technologies and practical part where participants could feel benefits of Ajax programming. Lectures will be held by eminent experts in their field of interest, who cooperate with such big names in the business as "Coca Cola" and "Philip-Morris". As for the fun part there will be crazy parties lasting to the
dawn(sometimes to the beginning of the next party),sightseeing of one of
the oldest cities in Europe birthplace of Constantin the great, always
interesting city rally and second "annual geek Olympics" and not to
forget the pleasant temperature of heeling water at "Ni?ka
Banja" What could you expect if you come to
